This offer is only available for sales within the United States. Also, this return offer is only available when products are purchased directly from the www.PoshPelts.com website, whether through a computer, or even your o2 mobile phones.
If you want to return or exchange your PoshPelt for any reason you may return or exchange the unused product within twenty-one (21) days of purchase.
Simply do the following:
1. E-mail us (via the Contact Us page)
your request for return.
2.We will instruct UPS to e-mail you
a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Package your product in the same
box, and in the same manner in which it was mailed to you.
This is important for weight requirements.
4. Print the UPS label, insert it into
the clear envelop that was included in your original shipment,
and affix it to the box.
5. Take the package to your nearest
UPS drop box. Or, call UPS for pick-up at-800-PICKUP.
Once we receive your return package,
we will reimburse your account or send you a check (as applicable).
Also, if you would, please be specific on the reason for the
return so that we can use the information to improve our products
and/or customer service. Returns or exchanges beyond 21 days
will not be accepted.
