Your PoshPelts™ products will be shipped via UPS ground.
You can choose between Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day
select or regular Ground shipping which usually takes up
to 6 days. All Air shipping methods (not UPS Ground) utilize
a dimensional weight formula in determining package weight.
Since our throw shipping box is 22 x 18 x 6, it's dimensional
weight is equivalent to 13.0 pounds. On the shipping checkout
page you will notice a weight of 13 pounds for each throw.
This is due to dimensional weight and only applies to Air
shipments. See www.ups.com for a more detailed discussion.
If you desire to return your PoshPelt to us, simply do
the following:
1. E-mail us (via the Contact Us page) your request for
return.
2.We will instruct UPS to e-mail you a pre-paid return
shipping label.
3. Package your product in the same box, and in the same
manner in which it was mailed to you. This is important
for weight requirements.
3. Print the UPS label and affix it to the box.
4. Take the package to your nearest UPS drop box. Or, call
UPS for pick-up at 1-800-PICKUP.
Once we receive your return package, we will reimburse
your account or send you a check (as applicable).
